100 laps by his 100th birthday
– All for Coronavirus frontline workers in Britain
99-year-old Captain Tom Moore has raised more than 15 million pounds as of April 16th for Britain’s NHS charities by walking a hundred laps of his back garden before his 100th birthday (on April 30th). With donations still flooding in, the World War II veteran has vowed to keep going. Amid calls for the Captain to be made a knight, the Prime Minister would be looking at ways to recognise his “heroic efforts”.
